A new step toward physical and mental fitness

Related to my earlier post about trying to keep my body active and not just my mind while dissertating, I built myself a desk out of PVC pipes and an old shelf to sit above the aforementioned exercise bike. I find myself pedaling fast when I’m thinking but not typing, unconsciously. It’s definitely a new and different working experience! Anyone else use fitness desks (standing, treadmill, bike, etc.)?
